DRAFT TESTS MEAL ORDER FORM PAYMENT
Pay below for all meals ordered on a single form.
1) E-mail your completed PDF Meal Order Form to the Draft Test Secretary Cindy Beckman.
2) Please print out your PayPal payment confirmation for your own proof of payment and include a copy with your e-mailed order form.
3) Please submit your meal orders no later than Friday, Oct. 24th.
The drop-down menu below offers a choice for each individual meal and includes PayPal processing fees. The Gold Miner Meal Ticket includes all meals for the weekend. Please add each menu selection separately to your cart.
If you are ordering a particular meal for more than one person, you can change the quantities (x2, x3, etc.) in your cart.
